We offer long-term membership solutions to help you live your best life. You can exercise on a Pilates reformer, a carriage with resistant coils that will lengthen and strengthen your core, arms, and legs. This will improve stability and help prevent further issues such as back pain, neck pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, and more.
Once you’re fully recovered through the We Got Your Back PT, Pilates, & Wellness program with manual therapy and feeling great, we’ll help you continue your progress with a fitness routine tailored to you. Choose from personal training exercises for a traditional gym experience or continue with Pilates Reformer classes. After just five weeks of Pilates Reformer training twice a week, most participants lost one to two inches from their waistline.
Pilates Reformer is simple, effective, and accessible. Whether you’re an 18-year-old athlete or a 98-year-old, everyone can benefit from a safe and effective workout. Alternatively, if you prefer one-on-one personal training with a focus on heavy lifting, we offer that too. You’ll work in a medical environment where professionals understand your history and are keeping an eye on your program.
We also offer boutique memberships, allowing you to carry out your own routines independently with the gym equipment on-site.
